I got a great message from a customer today. I sent back a couple of options to fix their website for them to approve, they sent me back the message “This is pretty much where I am at” along with the great YouTube video you can see below.
This just re-enforces the idea that most people want things to “just work”, and if they don’t work they want someone to explain it to them in plain English and just “Make It Work”. We pride ourselves on our technical knowledge but also our ability to explain things in a way you can understand, as well as being a business you trust and have faith in.
